# Spanish website translation for Temecula Valley businesses

Add a Spanish version to the website you already have. We translate it, then build and host a matching Spanish site at es.yourbusiness.com, so Spanish-speaking customers in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee and Wildomar can read about your business, call you and ask for a quote in their language.

## One website, two languages

Drag the slider to switch between English and Spanish, or show one above the other. This is our own home page and its Spanish version.

## How Spanish website translation works

No rebuild, and nothing for you to learn.

1. ### Send us your website

Just the address. We go through your pages and plan the Spanish version to match.
2. ### We write it in Spanish

Your services, about, contact and quote pages, written for how your customers search. You review every page.
3. ### Add one DNS record

You or whoever manages your domain adds a single record for `es`. We send exact, step-by-step instructions.
4. ### Go live with an Español link

Your Spanish site goes live at `es.yourbusiness.com`, and an "Español" link on your current site sends visitors there.

## What's included in your bilingual website

* **Spanish pages that match your site:** same look, same services, same contact details.
* **Tap-to-call and a Spanish contact form** that sends requests straight to your email.
* **Hosting, SSL security and backups** on our servers, kept up to date by us.
* **Spanish search setup:** page titles, descriptions, language tags and a sitemap submitted to Google.
* **Updates when your business changes:** new hours, services or prices, kept in sync.
* **Month to month.** No long-term contract.

$199 setup

$25/month

For the Spanish version of a typical small-business site. Larger sites are quoted up front, before any work starts.

## Questions

Straight answers to what business owners usually ask.

### Is it worth it?

Doesn't Google already translate my website?

Only for people who are already on your site. Chrome and some phones offer to translate a page after someone opens it, but someone searching in Spanish, like "reparación de aire acondicionado Temecula", won't find an English-only site in the first place. A real Spanish site can show up in those searches. Automatic translation is also hit or miss: many people close the popup, text in images and buttons often stays in English, and business terms can come out wrong.

Can the Spanish site show up on Google?

Yes. It has its own pages, Spanish titles and descriptions, and its own sitemap, so Google can show it to people searching in Spanish.

Will it hurt how my English site ranks on Google?

No. The Spanish pages are in a different language, so they don't compete with your English pages. They reach a different set of searches.

Do my customers really search in Spanish?

Many households in the Temecula Valley speak Spanish at home, and plenty of people are simply more comfortable reading about things like repairs, prices and contracts in their first language. If you already get calls from Spanish speakers, or your competitors have Spanish pages, it's worth having.

### Your current website

Do I need a new website?

No. Your current website stays exactly as it is, wherever it's hosted. We build the Spanish version separately and connect the two with an "Español" link.

My site is on Wix, GoDaddy, Squarespace or WordPress. Does that matter?

No. It works with any website, no matter who built it or where it's hosted.

Will this change or break my current site?

No. Your English site, your email and everything else keep working the same. The only additions are one small setting on your domain and an "Español" link on your site.

What is the "one setting" on my domain?

It's called a DNS record. It tells the internet that the es. part of your web address, like es.yourbusiness.com, should go to your Spanish site. It takes about two minutes. We send you step-by-step instructions, walk you through it on the phone, or do it for you if you give us access to your domain account.

Who adds the "Español" link to my site?

We do, if you give us access to your site. If someone else manages your website, we send them the link and exactly where to put it.

Why es.yourbusiness.com and not yourbusiness.com/es?

A /es folder only works if we host your whole website. The es. address lets us host just the Spanish site while your English site stays where it is. If you'd rather have everything in one place, our full website plan includes both languages.

### The Spanish

Who writes the Spanish? Is it just machine translation?

We write your Spanish pages for how your customers actually talk and search, not a word-for-word machine translation. You get every page to review before it goes live, and if you or your staff speak Spanish, any changes you want are included.

Do you translate documents, like contracts or certificates?

No. We only translate websites, and we host the Spanish version for you. For legal or official documents, use a certified translation service.

Which pages do you translate?

The pages that bring you customers: your home page, services, about, contact and quote request. Blogs, long lists of products or very large sites are quoted up front, before any work starts.

What happens when my English site changes?

Send us the change, like a new service, new hours or a new phone number, and we update the Spanish site to match. Small text updates are included in the monthly price.

### Spanish-speaking customers

I don't speak Spanish. How do I answer Spanish emails?

You don't need to. Gmail and Outlook have a Translate button that turns a Spanish email into English in one click. To reply, type your answer in English into [Google Translate](https://translate.google.com/?sl=en&tl=es&op=translate) and paste the Spanish into your email. It's free, and the Google Translate app works on your phone too.

What if a customer calls and nobody here speaks Spanish?

The free Google Translate app has a Conversation mode that translates back and forth out loud, which works fine for a quick call or visit. If someone on your team speaks Spanish, we can mention that on your Spanish site. If no one does, we can add a short note asking customers to email or use the contact form, so you can translate their message.

Do Spanish contact form messages come to me?

Yes. The Spanish contact form sends messages straight to your email, the same as your English form.

### Cost and cancelling

What does it cost?

$199 to set up and $25 a month for a typical small-business site. Larger sites are quoted up front, before any work starts.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting for the Spanish site, the SSL security certificate (the padlock in the browser), backups, and keeping the Spanish pages updated when your business changes.

Is there a contract? What if I cancel?

No contract. It's month to month. If you cancel, the Spanish site comes down and we remove the "Español" link. Your English site isn't affected, and we can send you your Spanish text to keep.

How long does it take?

Usually about a week from when you send your website to when your Spanish pages are ready for you to review, depending on how many pages you have.

## Reach more Spanish-speaking customers

Send us your website address and we'll tell you what your Spanish version would include and what it costs. No obligation.
